Egaragesystems provides system design, automation strategies, and space optimization for garage and storage management. Our work includes residential and commercial installations, security integration, and ongoing support as outlined in your service agreement. We do not guarantee specific timeframes or outcomes beyond what is explicitly stated in writing.
You agree to provide accurate information during consultation and installation. You are responsible for maintaining a safe environment for our technicians and for securing any necessary permissions (e.g., landlord, homeowners’ association) before work begins. Misuse of automated systems or failure to follow maintenance guidelines may void warranties.
All designs, software configurations, and documentation created by Egaragesystems remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed. You receive a non‑exclusive license to use the installed systems for their intended purpose. You may not reverse‑engineer, resell, or redistribute our proprietary components without written consent.
Egaragesystems is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from system use, including but not limited to data loss, property damage, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.
Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days’ written notice. Upon termination, you must return or destroy any proprietary materials. We reserve the right to suspend access immediately if you breach these terms or engage in fraudulent activity. No refunds are provided for partial service periods unless otherwise stated in your contract.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using our services.
